Microsoft Office has been around in one form or another for more than a decade , and the Office System is the latest and greatest release in a long line of successful programs. The Office System is actually a system of applications, meaning that it is a collection of complementary programs that work together to help you accomplish what you need to do. These are the core programs at the heart of the Office System:

  • Microsoft Word 2003, a word-processing program you ll use to write letters , create reports , publish newsletters, and more.
