If you send a report to the home office regularly, you can e-mail it directly from Access. Here s how to do it:
Click Reports in the Database window.
Right-click the report you want to send in the right panel of the database window.
Select Send To in the shortcut menu; then choose Mail Recipient (as Attachment). The Send dialog box appears, as shown on the following page:
Select Text Files (which saves data in a tabular format), then click OK.
If the Choose Profile dialog box appears, click the Profile Name down arrow, and choose the name of the e-mail program you want to use to send the report. Click OK. A new e-mail message then appears, with your Access report included as an attachment.
