Debugging Applications in Workshop

 < Day Day Up >

Workshop provides an integrated debugger to help you find and fix bugs in the applications you develop. There are several steps to debugging an application in Workshop:

  1. Set the debugging properties for a project, which allows you to specify how you want to step through the code or what files you want compiled before you start debugging.

  2. Set breakpoints to halt code on particular lines.

  3. Debug the application by using the different options the Debugger provides.

The following sections describe each step in more detail. First, you learn how to set debugging properties.
