Chapter 5. Creating Tables
After initially setting up your table, you may want to modify it in certain ways. For example, perhaps you'd like another row or perhaps a different background color for the table. All these options are available to you through the Properties Inspector.
Table Alignment
There are three basic choices when aligning tables, which are the same choices you have for aligning anything in HTML. Align left, align center, or align right. There is also a default option, which aligns your table to the browser's default, which is normally left. Remember it helps if you have an idea or goal that you're try to achieve with your Web design. That will determine how your table should be aligned. To align a table, select it, and in the Properties Inspector choose the alignment option in the Align drop-down menu. Notice in Figure 5.10 how the table looks in a browser when aligned differently.
