Ann Griffin is a project manager who has worked on Internet, semiconductor manufacturing, and large-scale client-server projects. She came to the world of computing late in her career, having started as a psychologist and rehabilitation therapist, but became hooked on software development when she was asked to be a business expert (a "customer") for a government project in British Columbia, Canada. Her understanding of human behavior gave her a unique insight into some of the challenges experienced at the Company when it implemented XP. An enthusiastic proponent of the customer role in XP, she may be reached at anniegriffin@charter.net. She resides in Long Beach, California. |
