PowerPoint has four views to help you create, organize, and display presentations: Normal, Slide Sorter, Notes Page, and Slide Show.
You can choose one of three ways to scroll through the slides in a presentation: by clicking the scroll arrows to scroll line by line, by clicking above or below the scroll box to scroll window by window, or by dragging the scroll box to move immediately to a specific slide.
You can save a presentation with a new name in an existing folder or in a new folder that you can create from within PowerPoint. You cannot store two presentations with the same name in the same folder.
The way you create a new presentation depends on whether you need help coming up with the content or the design. If you need help with the content, you can use the AutoContent Wizard. If you have content ready but need help with the look, you can use a design template. If you have content ready and have a design in mind, you can create a blank presentation.
