Troubleshooting: The master document is incomplete when printed
If you find that some sections are missing when you print your master document, return to Outline view and scroll through the document to make sure all sections have been expanded. Anything left collapsed will not be printed, so make sure that you expand the entire document, if that's your intention, before selecting Print.
