Locating Documents

The Documents tab allows you to gain access to any documents to which you have references in your mailbox. You are also able to search for documents from this interface and then view, open, save, or view the properties of the document. By default, when you click on the Documents tab, you see documents that contain your name anywhere in the Subject or Author fields. Figure 13.14 shows the Documents tab and a list of documents associated with Eric Raff.
