Included with this book is a CD-ROM containing everything you need to install a working application server running Struts and to run all the examples from the book.

The example applications are stored in directories by chapter. The third-party applications (for example, Tomcat) are located in a separate area.

Instructions for installing example applications that are covered in a single chapter are generally covered in that chapter in the book. Installing other example applications, like the Stocktrack application that covers multiple chapters, is covered here.

The same approach is taken for third-party applications. Installation of Tomcat, for example, is covered here. Installation of JBoss (like other applications that are used in a single chapter) is covered in the chapter where it is used.
