Controlling Accessibility Settings with Utility Manager

Utility Manager, shown in Figure 7-16, is a simple program that lets you start and stop three accessibility options: Magnifier, Narrator, and On-Screen Keyboard. With this tool, you can also set any of these programs to start whenever you start your computer. This makes the programs accessible at the logon desktop; programs in the Startup group on the Start menu, by contrast, start after you log on.

To start or stop a program, select the program name and click the appropriate button.

To set a program to start whenever you start your computer, select the program and then select Start Automatically When Windows Starts.

You can open Utility Manager at any time by pressing its shortcut key, Windows logo+U.
