Yes. Click the ScreenTip button in the upper-right corner of the Insert Hyperlink or Edit Hyperlink dialog box, edit the ScreenTip text in the Set Hyperlink ScreenTip dialog box, and click OK.

I want the page numbering to begin on the page after the table of contents. How should I do that?

Insert a next page section break after the table of contents to start the text following the table of contents on a new page, and in a new section. Then add the page number field to the header or footer in the new section. When you do, click the Page Number Format button in the Header and Footer toolbar, and set the starting page number to 1. Also, make sure the Link to Previous button in the Header and Footer toolbar is turned off. Then select the table of contents and press F9 to update its page numbers .
