USING PRINT PRESETS

If you will be printing the same type of document many times, or if your print settings often need to be the same, you can create print presets that help you quickly apply the settings you need without having to enter them continually.

After you enter all your print settings, click the Save Preset button on the Print dialog. Enter a name for your preset. Click OK.

The next time you want to print with that preset, select it from the Preset pop-up menu at the top of the Print dialog.
