In Appreciation and Acknowledgment

I have so many people to thank for this book. The first two people would be Karen Gettman, for seeing the need for a book on this topic and allowing me to write it, and the brilliant Jeffrey Richter, for all of your help, input, and guidance. It is safe to say that this undertaking would never have happened without you two.
