Jobe Makar is the lead programmer and co-owner of Electrotank, Inc., and winner of several international game awards. The creator of more than 100 Macromedia Flash games, Jobe has been working with Flash since version 3. He has authored or co-authored several books on Flash, including acromedia Flash MX 2004 Game Design Demystified. He has been the lead programmer at Learnimation for four Small Business Innovation Research Awards from the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Education. Jobe currently lives with his wife and entirely too many animals in Elm City, North Carolina.
Danny Patterson is a consultant specializing in Flash and Web technologies. He also works as a Senior Architect with Schematic, the industry leader in the development of multimedia content and applications using the latest Macromedia tools and technologies. He is a Partner/Author at Community MX and a Member of Team Macromedia Flash. He has also been published in the MX Developer's Journal.
