The Requirements

For large projects the whole team normally gets together, but since this project is relatively small and needs to be done quickly, I've included only one designer, Kevin, and one developer, Lisa, for production. Since most of the design work can be taken from existing assets on the site, Kevin won't be used much during the development process but more in the early planning phase to help with the general design. Lisa will do the bulk of the development, and I'll step in to lend a hand if needed. I imagine that the ColdFusion development will be minimal, and most of the work will be done in Flash. This will allow us to move most of the run-time processing to the customers rather than our servers.

Having flushed out the requirements for the jukebox, my team can now begin creating comps, flowcharts, and usage scenarios. When we're done, we'll set up another meeting with Angie for review and then begin the development work, where we'll get a reality check on what needs to be done.
