This book is the result of the hard work of many people. It is also an update of Jen deHaan's previous and exceptional work. In fact, much of Jen's original writing is still found in the update, which is a testament to her skill and ability. I owe you one also for hosting the ColdFusion scripts used to process the forms in this book! Thank you very much Jen, and I hope this update is a credit to you. You're the cat's whiskers!

Thank you also to Byron Regej, who took care of the artwork you see through the book; his hard work saved me more time than he can possibly imagine. He even sacrificed precious moments from his vacation with his father to help me out! A better friend and a more professional guy you could hardly hope to find.
