There are literally hundreds of web sites devoted to Flash, and most of them have tutorials and all that, but none is more robust than this one. Flashkit has thousands of tutorials, articles, and lessons, both written professionally and contributed by users. They even have a lot of stuff from the old Flash 4 days if you're still into it. The site is slow at times, but be patient and I think you'll find this is a valuable resource indeed.
