Summary

CD Content

The CD-ROM included with this book contains complete source code for every example presented in the book. It also contains a supplemental folder with more than twenty thousand examples that are not covered in the book. The vast majority of these examples are located in various sub-folders of the SupplementalCode folder. Note that you must download an SVG viewer, as described on Chapter 1, to view the SVG documents. You need to use the Adobe SVG viewer for viewing the SVG documents that contain ECMAScript because the ECMAScript uses some Adobe-specific extensions.
