Section 2.6.2	The sendmail program now recognizes the role of an MSA (mail submission agent), as defined in RFC2476 (V8.10 and later). Also, as of V8.12, the sendmail program is no longer installed set- user -id root .

confSTDIOTYPE	Use torek for buffered file I/O (V8.10 and V8.11 only). As of V8.12, buffered file I/O is available for all platforms.
confSTFILE	The confSTMODE Build macro specifies the initial permissions for the statistics file (V8.12.4 and later).
