Digital Picture Envelope

Digital Picture Envelope uses a new steganographic technique called BPCS-Steganography. This technique was invented by Eiji Kawaguchi of Kyushu Institute of Technology. It can embed information in bitmap or GIF cover data. Embedding is made on the bit planes of the image. The most important feature of this steganography is that its embedding capacity is very large.
