BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Susan K. Lippert is an assistant professor of Management Information Systems in the Department of Management at Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA, USA. Her current research interests include use and management of information technology. Her special interest is in the exploration of technology trust. She has also completed research in the area of technological innovation in training and education. Dr. Lippert received her PhD in MIS and an MBA in Logistics, Operations, and Materials Management from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C. Professor Lippert has published in the Journal of End User Computing, the Journal of Management Education, and the Journal of Mathematics and Science Teaching. She has presented papers at numerous conferences and symposia such as the Academy of Management, the Information Resources Management Association, the International Conference on Information Systems, and the Academy of Business and Information Technology.
