Helen Thompson manages the Centre for Electronic Commerce & Communications at the University of Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. The organisation makes scaleable and customizable applications to meet the online service needs of its diverse client base. These applications include database development, registration systems, searchable directories, online project systems, event calendar tools, news and content tools, web linkage libraries, and help desk facilities.
