In the Slide pane, click the slide, and then select the object. -
On the Insert menu, click Comment . -
In the comment box, type your comment and then click anywhere outside the comment box. |

Click in the comment text, make your changes, and then click outside of the comment box to close it. |

Click the small box in the slide to display the marker. -
Select the check boxes for the changes you want to apply or unapply. -
On the Reviewing toolbar, click the Apply or Unapply button. |

On the Tools menu, click Options . -
Click the Security tab to display security options. -
In the Password to modify box, type a password. -
Click OK to close the Options dialog box. -
In the Confirm Password dialog box, in the Reenter password to modify box, type the password, and then click OK . |
