Did You Know?

You can have Outlook automatically synchronize your folders . Use the Send/Receive Settings option in the Folder list to specify how often you want Outlook to synchronize the folders that you use offline.

If you work for a large organization, don't download full details . Downloading full details can take hundreds of megabytes. Check with your system administrator before updating the Global Address List.
