And two wrongs don’t make a right! (Sounds eerily like your mom, we know!) If you were never recognized, that is regrettable, but it doesn’t mean your people should be cheated, too. Make up for past slights and make sure your people feel good about themselves at work. Their positive feelings will spill over to their families and companions after work.
