I want to especially thank Wendy Rinaldi, my acquisitions editor, for her encouragement and for making it possible to write this book. I also want to thank Dr. Steven Heim for his beautiful graphics. He is a soul mate and inspiration to me. Judith Brown, a fantastic copy editor, is an inspiration to all writers. Janet Walden was a wonderful editor to work with by keeping me on schedule. Thank you to all who contributed to producing this book.
