A word of caution to those who have not used Word as their email editor: You may find it is not worth the hassle. Some users have trouble from the outset; most have trouble because they believe that their recipients should see the format in which the email is sent.

Using Outlook Rich Text Format or Word as your email editor is a great idea if you only use inter-company email and everyone uses the same format. But the first time you email someone at a webbased email program like AOL, Yahoo or Hotmail, don’t expect the recipient to see the email message in the same way that you sent it. Test out this feature before you get used to using it.
