Most of the items described in this chapter are tool based, such as working with the Database Management tools within the Zope Management Interface. As such, any errors will result in the typical error messages ”complete with debugging information ”that you've seen throughout the examples in this book.
With regard to modifications to Apache or Microsoft IIS, any errors might be more difficult to track down, depending upon your familiarity with these pieces of software. Both applications have error logs of their own, however, which are useful if you think you have configured a virtual host properly but are not seeing the expected page. If you instead see an error, you can look in the Apache or IIS error logs for extended information.
