Back and Forth Buttons Out of Order

I'm using back and forth link bars in my site, and the pages aren't ordered as I'd like them to be. What can I do?

Back and forth buttons order the page as they appear in Navigation view. If you'd like FrontPage to present them in a specific order, order the pages accordingly in Navigation view.

Odd Link Bars

My dynamic link bars only show some of the pages in my site. What am I doing wrong?

FrontPage only shows dynamic link bars based on the navigational structure you set in Navigation view. If you created a page and didn't position it in Navigation view, it won't show up in a dynamic link bar. Return to Navigation view and add the appropriate pages as needed. FrontPage will automatically update your link bars accordingly.

Link Bar Options Don't Meet My Needs

I need link bars with some child pages, as well as some pages higher up the navigational structure. What can I do?

If your needs can't be met through the bar based on navigation options, you can set a custom bar to meet your needs. If you do, make sure to update the bar accordingly when you add a new page that should be in the navigation.

Link Bars Without Navigation View

I don't want to have to spend hours developing a Navigational view for my site because the only link bar I intend on using will be a custom bar.

If you are only going to use FrontPage to create custom link bars and menus, there is no need to create a Navigational view of the site for FrontPage to pull content from.

Link Bars from FrontPage Interactive Buttons

How do I build my link bars from FrontPage Interactive Buttons? I love to power of link bars and would love to combine them with the great new look and feel of interactive buttons.

You are not able to build link bars from interactive buttons in this release of FrontPage. The only option is to build your navigational elements from included files that are made up of interactive buttons.
