Try to anticipate when you might need to use any of the various elements described in this chapter to streamline your work. It is no good to realize, 20 minutes before a final project is due, that you need to make many changes all over a document and don't have any type of intelligent design elements to speed up the process. One way to look at your workflow is to imagine that no matter what you think will happen, someone is going to ask for a change even if all of your collaborators swear they've finished making changes. |
