Chapter 9: "Server Behaviors"

This chapter's files contain the HTML and XML files for each server behavior workshop. To find out where each of these files must be stored in the Configuration folder, read the section in Chapter 9 on "Server Behaviors in the Configuration Folder."

Workshop #1: If-Then Statement (Conditional Content)

If-Then.htm: Main file for a server behavior that inserts an If-Then statement into an ASP/JavaScript document.

If-Then.edml: XML " group " file containing supporting data for the If-Then behavior.

If-Then_block_1.edml and If-Then_block_2.edml: XML "participant" files for the If-Then behavior.

Workshop #2: Dynamically Determined Image

Dynamic Image.htm: Main file for a server behavior that constructs an <img> tag from database fields for an ASP/JavaScript document.

Dynamic Image.edml: XML "group" file containing supporting data for the Dynamic Image behavior.

Dynamic Image_block_1.edml: XML "participant" file containing supporting data for the Dynamic Image behavior.

Dynamic Image_block_2.edml: XML "participant" file containing supporting data for the Dynamic Image behavior.
