If scholars and practitioners seem to agree on anything, it is that leadership influences, rather than commands, people to achieve some goal. The focus on the psychological and sociological aspects of leadership, both from a leader and follower perspective, are gaining more recognition as key determinants to the success of any organization, whether for a senior executive council of a Fortune 500 firm or a development project in a small- to medium- size company.
