While most controls provide their own scrollbarsincluding Form and UserControl objectssometimes the default behavior of these objects is inadequate. In those cases, you may wish to manage your own scrollbars (the shortened scrollbars at the bottom of an Excel tab-sheet for example).

This class, derived from the base ScrollBar , provides a horizontal bar. See the VScrollBar class for its vertical partner.
