Can you determine the requirement type?

Are there any measurement examples for this type of requirement? You could use these to help to formulate your questions:

Which stakeholders are most likely to be able to provide the answers to these questions? Use your stakeholder analysis to help with this task.

What is the best medium/way to ask the question? Do you need to ask it in person or is it possible to do it by telephone, e-mail, Web site, or prototype?

Your question should include everything that is already known about the requirement.
