load external movies

Back in our main Flash file (timeless_blooms_site.fla), we need to set up the file to load the contentInfo.swf movie into the Info section.

Move the Playhead to Frame 21. The text Capture the MEMORIES looks kind of funny out of the context of the home page content and is taking up valuable Stage area that we could use for content. Let's make another background without the text.

Double-click the background_no_text symbol icon in the Library panel to open it for editing.

Use the Property Inspector to position the Loader symbol at x: 20 and y: 105. Name the symbol instance loaderInfo.

Choose Control > Test Movie, or press (Windows) or (Mac). When the movie appears in the Flash Player window, click the Info button.

You see that our contentInfo movie with its scrolling text box is displayed in the content area exactly as we wanted.

Close the Flash Player window.
