Summary

This hour showed you how to use print styles to print out Outlook items, including using Table and Memo views. You also learned about the different print styles available for the calendar, including how to print the daily, weekly, and monthly calendars. Using the Address Card view in the Contacts folder enables you to print booklets and phone book “style lists. More importantly, you learned how to customize the print styles and save them for use another time.
