Clusters

High availability clusters can be managed through SAM. Such tasks as adding applications and adding application groups can be performed using SAM. Since high availability is a highly customized aspect of a computing environment, I won't cover this area of SAM. If, however, you have to manage clusters of systems, you will want to review this SAM area to see if it would help in your cluster- related work. See Chapter 19 for a discussion of MC/ServiceGuard.
