In Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, you can use several methods to add a graphic to a slide. The most direct way is to click a slide s content placeholder and then use the placeholder s Insert Picture button to locate and insert the graphic you want. You can also use the Picture command on the Insert menu. Having inserted the graphic, you can modify it in a variety of ways to achieve the effect you want.
In this chapter, you ll insert and modify clip art images, pictures, and stylized text created by using WordArt.
