On the Tools menu, click Customize . -
Click the Options tab, if necessary. -
Click Reset menu and toolbar usage data . -
Click Close . |
Page 279 | To add or remove a button from a toolbar -
On the toolbar, click the Toolbar Options down arrow. -
Point to Add or Remove Buttons , and then point to the name of the toolbar you want to change. -
Click the button in the list that you want to add or remove. |

On the Tools menu, click Customize . -
Click the Toolbars tab, and then click New . -
In the Toolbar name box, type a name, and then click OK . -
Click the Commands tab to display a list of available commands in PowerPoint. -
In the Categories list, click a category to display a list of commands. -
In the Commands list, drag the buttons you want to the custom toolbar that you created. -
Click Close to close the Customize dialog box. |

On the Format menu, click Font . -
Change the font attributes to the new default style you want. -
Select the Default for new objects check box, and then click OK . |

Create the object with the new defaults you want to set. -
On the Drawing toolbar, click Draw , and then click Set AutoShape Defaults to set the new default. |

On the Tools menu, point to Macro , and then click Record New Macro . -
In the Macro name box, type a name (without any spaces) for the macro, and then click OK . -
Perform the steps you want included in the macro. -
On the Stop Recording toolbar, click the Stop Recording button. |

On the Tools menu, point to Macro , and then click Macros . -
In the Macro name area, click the macro you want to run. -
Click Run . |

On the Tools menu, click Add-Ins . -
Click Add New . -
Click the down arrow to the right of the Look in box, and then click the folder where you stored your PowerPoint add-in programs. -
In the list of file and folder names , click a PowerPoint add-in program, and click OK . -
In the Available add-ins list, click the add-in that you want to load, and then click Load . -
Click Close . |

On the Tools menu, click Add-Ins . -
Click the add-in that you want to unload. -
Click Unload to remove the add-in from memory but keep its name in the list, or click Remove to remove the add-in from the list and from the registry file. -
Click Close to close the Add-Ins dialog box. |
