Click the Slide Sorter View button. -
On the Edit menu, click Select All to select all of the slides in the presentation. -
On the Slide Sorter toolbar, click the Summary Slide button. |
Page 265 | To create a hyperlink -
Select the text or object you want to use as a hyperlink. -
On the Slide Show menu, click Action Settings . -
Select the Hyperlink to option. -
Click the down arrow to the right of the Hyperlink to box, and then click the item to which you want to link. -
Specify any other necessary hyperlink information, and click OK . |

On the View menu, point to Master , and click Slide Master . -
On the Slide Show menu, point to Action Buttons . The Action Buttons submenu appears. -
Click the Action Buttons: Home button in the top row, second column. -
Position the cross-hair pointer in the lower-right corner of the slide. -
Drag the pointer to make the Home button appear. -
In the Action Settings dialog box, select any effects you want to apply to the action button, and then click OK . -
On the Slide Master View toolbar, click Close Master View . |

Page 270 | To save presentation graphics in PNG format -
On the Tools menu, click Options . -
Click the General tab, if necessary, and then click Web Options . -
Click the Browsers tab. -
Select the Allow PNG as a graphics format check box, if necessary. -
Click the General tab. -
Select the Add slide navigation controls check box (if necessary), click the down arrow to the right of the Colors box, and then click Presentation colors ( accent color ) . -
Select the Show slide animation while browsing check box. -
Click OK to close the Web Options dialog box, and then click OK to close the Options dialog box. |
Page 270 | To save a presentation as a Web page -
On the File menu, click Save as Web Page . -
Type a name in the File name box. -
Navigate to the folder in which you want to save the presentation and click Publish . -
Select the Complete presentation option, if necessary, and then select the All browsers listed above (creates larger files) option. -
Clear the Open published Web page in browser check box, if necessary, and then click Publish . |
Page 270 | To open a presentation in a Web browser -
On the Standard toolbar, click the Open button. -
Navigate to the folder that contains the presentation. -
In the folders and files list, click the presentation. -
Click the down arrow to the right of the Open button, and then click Open in Browser . |
Page 276 | To create a Web presentation with the AutoContent Wizard -
On the Standard toolbar, click the New button, and then click From AutoContent Wizard in the New Presentation task pane. -
After reading the introduction, click Next . -
Select a presentation type, and then click Next . -
Select the Web presentation option, and then click Next . -
Type your presentation title, add information to the footer, if desired, and then click Next . -
Click Finish to create a Web presentation. |
