11.1 Where Are We?

We have now developed an understanding of both the legacy system and the target technologies. We have used this knowledge to perform a series of situated technology evaluations to determine how each technology should be used in the modernization effort. We can now consider how best to use these technologies to achieve the qualities required by our target system.
