ACCESSING OTHER MESSAGES FROM WITHIN A MESSAGE

note

Navigating through the Message list does not create a history of screens. Clicking the Escape key or clicking the Close menu item displays the Message list once again.

While viewing any opened message, it's possible to open other messages as well. This allows you to view many messages in succession without going back to the Message list screen each time. You can do this by clicking the Next Item or Previous Item menu items. Clicking the Next Item menu item will open the next or newer message and clicking the Previous Item menu item will open the previous or older message.

When the new message is opened, the appropriate view screen is shown. For example, if you select the Next menu item while viewing an email, and the next message is a call, then the View Call screen will be displayed.
