Scope

Use

(A) Permitted. This type of raceway can be used beneath the surface of concrete flooring or in an office flush with the concrete floor with other floor covering.

(B) Not Permitted. This type of raceway can not be used if exposed to corrosive vapors, in a hazardous location [for an exception refer to 501.4(B)(3) and 504.20], in concrete or in corrosive areas unless properly protected and approved.
