I would like to thank my wife, Deanna, for her enduring love throughout the writing of this book. I love you more than I could ever express, and I cherish the life that we have together. You are truly amazing: running our entire household, raising a one-year old, and carrying our unborn child through morning sickness and exhaustion, all while your husband secludes himself in the office for nights on end.

I also thank my child, Carson (a.k.a "Little Bit"), for showing me that God blesses us everyday with the smallest smile and your playful laugh .
