This Web site offers information on cryptographic algorithms, encryption standards, and the latest security bulletins. It also contains general security-related facts and suggestions on where to learn more about cryptography.

http://www.verisign.com is the Web site for VeriSign—the leader in digital trust services. The Verisign.com Web site has a rich knowledge base and a comprehensive White Paper section with information on PKI and SSL technologies.

http://www.counterpane.com is the Counterpane Internet Security Web site. Counterpane maintains an online library full of security-related publications and other resources. They also send out a free monthly e-mail newsletter on cryptography and computer security.

http://www.esat.kuleuven.ac.be/~rijmen/rijndael/ is the home page of the Rijndael algorithm. Although no longer maintained, this site has links to more information about the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) competition winner than you might ever want to read.

http://csrc.nist.gov/encryption/aes/ is the Web site maintained by The National Institute of Standards and Technology; it is the homepage of the AES. Among the cryptographic-related information, you’ll find some interesting historical data outlining the progress of the AES competition.
