Find a condensed version of "Undaunted Courage."[2] Were Lewis and Clark leaders as this chapter describes leadership?

Find someone who has worked on two or more projects at once. (Someone in a school's maintenance department probably has.) Ask how they decide which project to work on first.

If you were taking two courses pass or fail and had a term paper to write for each, what would influence the amount of time you spent on each paper?

Pick three people you know something about who have been characterized as leaders. Explain why or why not they would have been good IPM project managers.

5:

Interview someone who has or had management responsibilities. Ask this person to define leadership. How does their definition compare with the IPM description of leadership?
