OverviewChapter 9, some of the architectural choices for services were explored. There are, however, many other issues involved in building Jini services and clients . This chapter delves into some of the more complex things that can happen with Jini applications. It covers issues such as the location of class files, multithreading, extending the matching algorithm used by Jini service locators, finding a service once only, and lease management. These are issues that can arise using the Jini components discussed so far. There are also further aspects to Jini that are explored in later chapters. |
