Part I was about facing the issues of Web development. Part II is about solutions. Here we will look at teams , the environment they work in, how they work together, and how to plan for and execute a Web iteration.
While Part I described a world that we all know well, now we describe a world that is foreign, in which the basic precepts of how Web teams interrelate and tackle projects are challenged.
Special attention will be given to the pieces that don't come under traditional XP, such as graphic design.
