BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Adekunle Okunoye is a doctoral student at the Turku Center for Computer Science and University of Turku, Department of Information Technology, Finland. He hold BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Science. He is a member of the British Computer Society with about ten years of practical experience. His research focuses on knowledge management, new information and communication technologies, globalisation, and national development. To date, he has published in various conference proceedings and journals.
