71. Edit Preflight General Preferences

The Preflight General Preferences dialog box lets you change display settings for your preflight reports . You can change how many results are displayed per page for various types of checks, as well as the degree of detail.

Display Preferences From the Advanced menu, select Preflight to display the Preflight dialog box. When the profiles have finished loading, click the Options button and select the Preflight Preferences command. The Preflight: Preferences dialog box is displayed.

Change Preferences On the General tab are two preferences you can change. Maximum Number of Results to Be Displayed per Type of Check lets you change how many results you would like to display per page. Degree of Detail When Displaying Results lets you choose from three options to show results without any detail, show results for only important details, or show all details. Remember to click the Save button to save any changes you have made to the preflight preferences.
